  • Founder/ Owner

    What started as a personal passion turned into a calling. As a devoted family man with a background in law enforcement, Julian first stepped into the world of construction with plans to renovate and flip his own properties. But once the photos of his work began circulating, the response was immediate- clients came calling, refferals followed, and what began as a side project quickly grew into a full-scale construction company.

    Today, he leads H&S Legacy properties with the same values he lived by in uniform: integrity, service, and commitment. From homeowners to investors, he brings hands-on, people-first approach to every project- focused on building homes, trust, and lasting relationships.


  • Project Manager

    Every great build needs a strong foundation- and Steven is exactly that. As the right hand of Julian, and the hammer to our nails, he plays a critical role in keeping projects on track. He brings grit, precision, and support to every job site.

    More than a team member, he is family- literally. As Julian’s brother in law, he’s been a part of the vision from the ground up helping shape up the high standards and trusted reputation that define H&S Legacy Properties today.

H&S Legacy Properties is a locally owned business based out of Kannapolis, NC. We started December 2020 and officially became a company on October 2021. The idea behind the company was to buy and rehabilitate distressed homes and come up with exit strategies for these properties. This lead to other investors trusting us with their properties. This allowed us to do what we were already doing but at a larger scale.

Buying a home should not stop at homeownership. We believe everyone should have the chance and the passion to not just purchase, but educate themself in learning the art of investing and creating generational wealth.
